The idea of a Government shutdown is just a distraction. They are arguing over a few billion dollars, which, sad to say, is just chump change.
When I was a kid, my life revolved around TV, now it’s the Internet. Nothing has changed, technology is still designed to keep us unaware of real problems in the world. They just change the outlet you plug it into.
I hope to never reach the point of having reality TV shows be the most important thing in life to talk about with my peers. That’s just me.
